Sunset House has the most dramatic spot on Paxos to almost touch the clouds and to enjoy a natural theatre of sea, swifts and sunsets.
Sunset House is a spacious, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped home for those wanting a special and private escape from the outside world. The property’s main feature however, is its spectacular cliff top position above Paxos’ west coast. The house’s dramatic views take in the coastal valleys of pine, cypress and olive and across the sea to AntiPaxos.
The interiors are spacious and comfortable. Four pergolas provide shaded areas on the main terraces and there are further terraces to find both sun and shade until sunset.
Private swimming pool 10.5 x 5.5 metres
Location: Sunset House is in the hamlet of Kastanida. Car hire is recommended. Magazia (two tavernas, minimarket, general store, bakery) and the Erimitis Sunset Restaurant are 1 kilometre away. A 12 minute drive to shops, tavernas, boat hire and beaches of Loggos. A 10 minute drive to Erimitis beach and Kaki Langada beach.
Accommodation: The main house has an open-plan sitting room and dining area; kitchen; master double bedroom with dressing room and en suite shower room; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; cloakroom. A twin bedroom studio, separate from the main house, is below the pool terrace, and has an en suite shower room. About 20 metres behind the main house is a two storey cottage with a double bedroom, shower room, sitting room and kitchenette.
