Surrounded by olive groves, close to the little village of Fontana, Kiparissa is a large property for family and friends wanting total privacy and peaceful seclusion.
Once a grand, fortified stone house dating back to the 18th Century Venetian occupation of the Ionian islands, Kiparissa has been meticulously renovated to provide 3 self - contained apartments.
The house is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped and walled gardens, which hold a series of terraces, hidden behind colourful displays of bougainvillaea.
For the months of June, July and August, Kiparissa is let as a whole. The apartments are available separately at other times.
The sleepy village of Fontana, just a 5 minute walk away, has two tavernas and a small general store.

Location: car hire recommended. Loggos and nearby beaches are only 5 minutes away by car. Boat hire can be found at Loggos.

Gardenia Apartment (2 floors) has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom and en suite shower room.
Levanda Apartment (1 floor) has an open-plan dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room.
All bedrooms have air-con. Each apartment has WiFi and a safety deposit box. Communal utility room with washing machines. Table tennis.
On an upper garden terrace there is a cosy, covered dining area with barbecue, pizza oven, gas hob and running water.

Absolutely beautiful!
We didn't need all the accommodation but best to have it all to ourselves.
Dolos taverna serves the best food on the island and just a stone's throw away.
We were a group of friends meeting up from different parts of the world.
Kiparissa worked very well for us - it gave us individual privacy but many large, comfortable areas for entertaining as a group.
We loved the life in the island's ports but got closer to the laid-back lifestyle of Fontana, the village on our doorstep.
Kostas, the owner, gave us a useful lowdown on what to see on the rare days we ventured further afield.
