Villa Bougarini is set back from the east coast road, which starts at Gaios port and passes a string of beaches before turning inland to Fontana village. Bougarini is just over one kilometre north of Gaios.
The villa has spacious interiors opening out on to large terraces with views over olive groves and across the sea to the Greek mainland and the island of Corfu.
The nearest beach is just 500 metres away and there are other beaches within a 10 - 15 minute walk.
The surrounding landscape is a natural one of olive clad hillsides with only one immediate neighbour - a local Paxiot family. Surrounding stone walls provide privacy.

Location: car hire recommended. Gaios is a walk of 25 minutes but a hire car will give you ease of access to all parts of the island. Gaios has waterfront tavernas and café bars, shops close to its pretty square and boat hire. Gaios is a drive of 5 minutes and Loggos is a drive of 10 minutes.
