Villa Alexia is hidden away amongst the olive groves of Aronatika - a peaceful hilltop hamlet above Lakka Bay.
Alexia's views are of the surrounding valleys of olive trees and across the sea to the south west coast of Corfu and the Greek mainland.
Here there are no immediate neighbours to overlook and the villa's dramatic panorama takes in both the sunrise and sunset.
A narrow track leads from the village of Lakka, up a hillside of olive groves towards the lighthouse on the west coast and the old village of Ipapandi. Alexia is close to Ipapandi. The walk down to Lakka takes 20 minutes but the walk back is steep in parts.
Villa Alexia is the attractive result of a recent modernisation of a traditional, stone country house.
The villa has privacy; large outside areas for both sun and shade; magnificent views out to sea; a peaceful setting and a short drive to both Lakka village and the nearby beaches.

Location: car hire recommended. The tavernas, shops and boat hire at Lakka are a drive of 5 minutes. A path from Lakka waterfront leads to beaches within Lakka Bay. The lighthouse beach is under a 5 minute drive.
