Anemone House is on a hillside of olive groves and a few other houses, above Loggos harbour – just a 10 minute walk down to the Loggos waterfront and a 15 minute walk to Levrecchio beach.
Views from the lower terraces of the House are over and through the surrounding olive groves; a rooftop terrace gives the best views: down to the ancient Martello tower above Loggos Bay and across the sea to the mountains of the Greek mainland.
Anemone House is perfect for families and mixed groups with a separate, independent outhouse (wheelchair accessible), which has a kitchenette.
The House dates back to the mid 1800’s. The present owners asked the Greek Architectural Society to oversee the recent renovation. A feeling of the past has been retained in the design and modern comforts reflect the owners’ philosophy to be as environmentally friendly as possible: a fan coil cooling system with individual temperature controls; a drinking water filter system and a saltwater swimming pool are examples.
The floors are a combination of painted wood and Kourasanit polished concrete that gives a clean, attractive and cool feel throughout.

Location: car hire not essential as Loggos (tavernas, café bars, bakery and minimarket) is just a 10 minute walk away (a bit longer coming back up). There are 3 boat hirers on the village waterfront. The House is a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on Paxos: Levrecchio (5 minutes), Marmari (6 minutes), Kipos (6 minutes), Kipiadi (8 minutes).
Accommodation: the main house has a ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. First floor of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with an en suite shower room. The outhouse has a double bedroom (can convert to a twin) and en suite shower room; a double sofa bed; kitchenette.
