Kookoo
Kookoo is hidden away with total privacy and beautiful, natural surroundings. The property is next door to Portokali, amongst the olive groves of a tiny hamlet called Manesatika, just a 10 minute walk from the village of Magazia.
A small track continues its way past Kookoo's driveway and just a few other hamlet houses and leads through olive groves to the west coast hamlet of Kastanida with its dramatic sunsets. Kookoo however, looks out over the east coast.
Views are over a wide valley of olive, pine and cypress trees and across the sea to the Greek mainland and the cliffs of south west Corfu. By night there is a theatre of twinkling lights from the mountain villages on the mainland.
The gardens combine a series of stone terraces, built around olive trees, a large swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a large dining and relaxing terrace. There are many garden areas to find both sun and shade.

Location: car hire recommended. 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Magazia (two tavernas, well stocked minimarket). 10 minute drive to shops, tavernas, boat hire and beaches of Loggos, Lakka and Gaios. 10 minute drive to Erimitis beach.
