Arethusa
Villa Arethusa lies just a 5 minute walk away from the two beaches of Marmari and Kippos, two bays south of Loggos, and a 15 minute walk from Loggos waterfront.
The surrounding hillsides are thickly covered with olive groves and a peppering of cypress trees. There are only a few other houses in this area and there is a relaxed feeling of peaceful seclusion.
The villa’s shaded roof terrace has spectacular views over the silver-leaved canopies of olive trees and across the sea to the Greek mainland.
Villa Arethusa has total privacy and is a comfortable and spacious home above the sea.
Private swimming pool 7 x 6 metres & depth 0.80 – 1.80 metres
Maid service is every second day & linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire recommended but not essential. Loggos (shops, bakery, supermarket, tavernas & boat hire) is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Levrecchio beach & a taverna are a 10 minute walk.
Accommodation:
There is one floor just above the pool terraces and one floor just below. The Upper floor has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room. Stairs down to one twin bedroom and en suite shower room. With outside access, below the pool terrace is a twin bedroom and en suite shower room.
