On the Beach Villa Gamma
Villa Gamma is just fifteen metres away from a sandy beach – a peaceful and secluded spot for thalassaphiles (those who love the sea).
Lefkimi is a village with a port, close to the southern tip of Corfu. There is a ferry connection from Lefkimi to Paxos. The village of simple, traditional houses has minimarkets, bakeries, tavernas and café bars but it is a sleepy village with limited nightlife.
Two kilometres from Lefkimi, on the south east coastline, are the 3 On the Beach Villas. Set in a large olive grove, which borders the sandy beach of Milou Bay, Villa Alpha and Villa Beta are 80 metres from the sea and Villa Gamma is just 15 metres away from the sea.
Milou Bay has a long sandy beach (gently shelving so ideal for children) and just a few houses hidden amongst the olive groves.
The villa is private and has modern comforts inside and outside - the owners describe the overall design and décor as “boho-luxury”. Elements of the natural surroundings have been incorporated to create the feel of a countrified retreat by the sea.
Villa Gamma opens out onto a lawned garden with views of the sea through oleander and palm trees.
The beach is natural and because of its size one can always find a private spot but each villa has its own designated beach area with a comfy gazebo sitting area, sunloungers and sun umbrellas.
New for 2023: a private swimming pool 15 x 4.50 metres & depth 1.50 metres plus a heated pool 4 x 3 metres
Daily maid service and linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire recommended. There are 3 supermarkets and two seafront tavernas within a 5 minute drive. Boat hire and watersports available nearby. Traditional tavernas at Lefkimi are a 5 minute drive. Corfu Town is a 45 minute drive.
Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms. Pool house with sitting and dining areas. First floor of one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and steps to a mezzanine twin bedroom.
