The villa has spectacular views over hillside olive groves and across the sea to Albania’s coastline and mountains.

Kerasia beach, with a beachfront taverna, is just a 12 minute walk through the olive groves.

Kerasia Treetops has many sitting out areas to relax in sun or shade. Central to the ground floor living and kitchen areas is a large, covered dining terrace with barbecue. All terraces and bedroom verandahs have beautiful views out to sea.

Here there exists a special peace and calm.

Location: car hire recommended. Yannis’ supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Agios Stephanos, with its beach and a good selection of shops and tavernas, is a 10 minute drive. Kassiopi is a 15 minute drive. Corfu Town is 1 hour away.

Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room and kitchen; two twin bedrooms (can be converted to doubles), each with an en suite shower room. Lower level of one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom (can convert to a double) and en suite shower room connecting to a children’s bunk bedroom; cinema room (laser projector and a 150 inch screen for movies and gaming. Separate annexe with two twin bedrooms (can be converted to doubles), each with an en suite shower room.
