Reached by a private access track and surrounded by walled grounds of two acres, Susanna is a swanky villa with all mod cons, above the north east coast of Corfu.

The villa’s three floors (connected by a lift and a marble staircase) open out on to large balconies and terraces with magnificent views over the surrounding hillsides of olive groves and cypress copses and across the sea to Albania and the Greek mainland.

The villa will provide most things for a discerning party of up to 14 people with a tennis court, a 130 sq metre swimming pool, gym and hamam, games room with pool table, a kitchen on each floor and a decadent barbecue/dining area. Electric gates keep out unwanted visitors. The gardens extend to an olive grove, a citrus grove and a vineyard – bottles of the estate's wine form part of the welcome hamper.

Location: car hire recommended. Avlaki (5 kms) has the nearest beaches with tavernas, windsurfing and dinghy sailing. Sinies (4 kms) is the nearest village with shops. Kassiopi (6 kms) is a busy resort with a selection of tavernas, bars and shops to cater for all tastes.
