The north east coast of Corfu holds a string of pretty beaches, large and small, backed by hillsides of olive, cypress and pine trees, below the foothills of Mount Pantakrator. Some of the island’s swishest villas are to be found on this stretch of coastline.

Barbati beach and village mark the beginning of this stretch of coastline. Here there are beachfront tavernas, bars, boat hire and a watersports centre. In the village there are more tavernas and a selection of beachwear boutiques.

Barbati Bay House is just a 10 – 15 minute walk to Barbati beach and has mesmerizing views up to the olive clad foothills, over Barbati beach and bay, along the coast to Corfu Old Town and across the sea to the mountains of Albania.  

Recently completed, the House has stylish and modern comforts.

Location: Barbati beach is a walk of 10 – 15 minutes but car hire is recommended to have easy access to the rest of the coastline and for shopping. Corfu Town is 17 kilometres away.

Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room and dining area; kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; cloakroom. First floor of a master double bedroom, dressing room and open-plan bathroom with bath and shower. Lower ground floor of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with an en suite shower room.
