Sofianna
Agios Stefanos is a small, sheltered port on Corfu’s north east coast, half way between Kalami and Kassiopi. The sleepy waterfront has a good selection of tavernas, small shops and boat hire for exploring the beautiful coastline.
In the hills above Agios Stefanos, a 15 minute drive away, Villa Sofianna has magnificent views over the north east coastline, beaches backed by pine, cypress, carob and olive trees and across the sea to Albania.
With total privacy, Sofianna is a modern, comfortable and stylish retreat. The villa provides space and comfort with many cushioned areas, for both sun and shade, to enjoy a natural theatre on all sides. Ever-changing daytime colours and the twinkling lights of the Albanian port of Saranda by night.
In peak season, a cook is included in the rental (available at a supplement at other times of the year). The cook will prepare lunch or dinner 6 days per week. Breakfast service is provided by the housekeeping team 6 days per week. The cost of provisions is extra.

Private swimming pool 20 x 9 metres & depth 1.0 - 3.0 metres. The pool can be heated during low season (April, last 2 weeks of September and October) at a cost of €750 per week (payable locally). The master bedroom has its own private pool (4 x 3 metres).
Location: car hire recommended. Nearest minimarket is in Sinies village - a 6 minute drive. Kassiopi (a bigger selection of tavernas and shops) and Agios Stefanos are a drive of 15 minutes. Avlaki beach is a drive of 15 minutes. Agni Beach is a 20 minute drive. Corfu old Town is a drive of 1 hour. This stretch of coastline has a good selection of beachfront tavernas.
Accommodation:
Ground floor: sitting room; kitchen; utility room; wine cellar.
Lower ground floor: master bedroom with en suite shower and bathroom; two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.
First floor: three double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.
Three of the double bedrooms (excluding the master) can convert to twin bedrooms.
