Nespoli
The sheltered bay and pretty harbour of Sivota lies near the southern tip of Lefkas on the east coast. A 2.5 kilometre track from the harbour skirts the bay southwards and winds its way past coastal olive groves to Villa Nespoli, which is just above the sea and next door to Villa Mystiko.
Villa Nespoli has a private set of steps from its terraced gardens down to a bathing platform and the sea – a distance of 30 metres.
The villa’s views take in the entrance to Sivota Bay, Lefkas’ mountainous coastline and across the sea to the islands of Meganissi, Kastos, Arkoudi, Ithaca and Kefalonia.
Nespoli will provide a stylish and contemporary retreat above the sea, close to the port of Sivota.

Location: Sivota, a 10 minute drive away, has a good selection of waterfront tavernas, minimarkets, shops and bakeries. Fresh fish is always available. Boat hire at Sivota allows for coastal and offshore island exploration. By road there are some pretty beaches within a 20 minute drive. The west coast sandy beaches are a drive of 45 minutes.
