Theia was the Goddess of Light. She and her consort, Hyperion, were the parents of Helios (the Sun), Selene (the Moon) and Eos (the Dawn).

Just 6 kilometres away from the pretty port of Sivota, overlooking Rouda Bay on Lefkas’s south coast, the three Theia Villas are set on a hillside terrace with beautiful, natural views over the owner’s large olive grove and across the sea to the tiny island of Arkoudi.

Each of the villas has a one level, contemporary design and blends into the surrounding natural landscape. From each infinity swimming pool one feels part of the theatre of olive grove and Ionian sea.

Large windows accentuate the powerful views and energise the interiors with light.

Private terraces are comfortably furnished and cushioned for peaceful relaxation.

Theia Villa 1 has a private swimming pool 9.50 x 4.50 metres & depth 0.90 – 1.40 metres

Location: car hire recommended. 6 kilometres to the sheltered port of Sivota (good selection of bars and tavernas and boat hire). Mikros Gialos beach is 7 kilometres. Just a short drive away is the Lefkaditiki Gi Winery. Lefkas Town is 27 kilometres.
