10 minutes from the spectacular sandy beaches of the west coast, the farming village of Tsoukoulades lies within a beautiful, undulating landscape of cypress forest and olive groves. The sleepy village has several tavernas, a cafenion and a supermarket.
Two kilometres away from the village, on a hillside overlooking Agios Yannis beach, are the 3 villas of The Sirens.
Homer never named the Sirens but mythology records 3 of the Sirens being named as Leucosia, Parthenopi and Ligia.
The villas are surrounded by a natural landscape of olive groves and pine trees - there are no immediate neighbours.
Each villa has been finished to a high standard of modern comfort. All rooms open out onto wide balconies and terraces with spectacular views along the west coast and across the sea to AntiPaxos and the mountains of the Greek mainland beyond.
A perfect spot for sunsets.
High stone walls and mature olive trees divide each of the 3 villas and provide good privacy.
Each villa has a private pool 8 x 5.5 metres & depth 0.80 – 1.60 metres
Maid service and linen change twice weekly.
Location: car hire recommended. 5 minute drive to Tsoukoulades village and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Agios Nikitas and the sandy beaches of Kathisma and Milos. Lefkas Town is a drive of 10 minutes.

Facilities:
I can honestly say that all 5 of us were blown away by the Villas Stefania and Sirens.
The outside space and view from Sirens was breathtaking, and fun to get to down the long track…we even walked down to the beach!
I think overall Stefania suited us better in terms of location and facilities inside and out, with a stunning view and really excellent taverna’ just a sort walk down the hill…although going back up was more of a challenge!! The pictures, for either villa, do not do them justice…they both really did exceed expectation, and I’ve already been tasked with sorting next years out!
Thanks also to yourselves for your advice and guidance whilst the final decisions were being made. Everything really did have a wow factor!
