Just a fifteen minute drive from the spectacular sandy beaches of the west coast, the small village of Tsoukoulades lies within a beautiful, undulating landscape of cypress forest and olive groves. The  village has four tavernas, a popular bakery, a pharmacy and two minimarkets.

Above and behind the village, a series of tracks lead to a small number of villas hidden amongst olive groves. On a hilltop, Villa Helena is 2 kilometres away from the village and has a panorama of captivating views. A theatrical spot to look over the channel into Lefkas Town and across the sea to the tiny island of AntiPaxos and the mountains of the mainland beyond.

Wide terraces and landscaped gardens provide areas to enjoy both sun and shade. A shaded dining terrace incorporates an outside kitchen area.

Helena is a comfortable, walled retreat and has a peaceful and private location, surrounded by olive groves.

Location: car hire recommended. 5 minute drive to Tsoukoulades village and a 10 to 15 minute drive to Agios Nikitas and the sandy beaches of Kathisma, Pefkoulia and Milos. Lefkas Town, with a livelier atmosphere, is a drive of 15 minutes.

Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom (can convert to a double); bathroom with shower. First floor of one double bedroom with en suite shower room.
