Perched on one of the olive-clad hillsides above Sivota Bay, on Lefkas' south coast, Tania consists of two villas within private grounds - each with its own swimming pool. The property is 150 metres away from our villas Makia and Sofos. 

Sivota, on Lefkas’ south coast, is arguably the prettiest port on the island. Hillsides of olive groves surround and shelter the port on three sides. The village waterfront has a good selection of tavernas, shops and bars. Visiting yachts jostle for mooring position with local fishing boats.

Most of our properties on Lefkas are a distance inland and require a car to reach waterfront tavernas; from Villa Tania it’s just a 18 minute walk.

Tania has dramatic views over Sivota's sheltered bay and across the sea to the islands of Meganissi, Atokos and Arkoudi.

Tania’s theatre is the ever-changing activities in the port below – enjoyed from the villa’s comfortable terraces.

Each of the two villas has an outside kitchen and dining area beside the pool.

Sivota has a small shingle beach. The immediate coastline has other beaches and boat hire from Sivota waterfront will open up coastal exploration and daytrips to the neighbouring island of Meganissi. The beaches of Ammouso and Afteli are only a 15-minute drive.

Tania is a spacious, modern retreat with stunning views.

Two private swimming pools: villa 1's is 12.50 x 6.50 metres & depth 2 metres and villa 2's is 7.50 x 4.50 metres & depth 2 metres

Location: car hire recommended. Sivota, a 18 minute walk away, has two supermarkets, a variety of tavernas and cafe bars and boat hire. Beaches with waterfront tavernas can be found at Poros (10 kms north) and Vassiliki (8 kms south west) where there are windsurfing and scuba facilities. Lefkas Town is 32 kilometres.

Accommodation: villa one has a ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room. First floor of one double bedroom and en suite shower room. Villa two has a ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.
