Villa Nichola is one of two villas, set privately on separate hillside terraces just outside the sheltered bay of Sivota. Nichola is on an upper terrace.
Nichola has dramatic, panoramic views along the south east coastline of olive groves and across the sea to Cephalonia, Ithaca, Meganissi, Arkoudi and Atakos.
Spacious interiors are comfortably furnished to a high standard. Large terraces around and above the pool area are bordered by lemon and grapefruit trees.
The pretty port of Sivota is a short distance away.
Private pool 10 x 4 metres & & depth 0.50 – 2 metres
Maid service and linen change twice weekly.
Location: SUV or similar car hire is recommended due to the track leading to the villa. Sivota, a 5 minute drive away, has two supermarkets, a variety of tavernas and cafe bars and boat hire. Nearest beaches are at Poros (10 kms north) and Vassiliki (8 kms south west) where there are windsurfing and scuba facilities.

Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one twin bedroom; bathroom with shower. First floor of two double bedrooms each with en suite shower room.

We are back home now.
We had a super stay at the villa.
We thought the outside space was excellent and the inside space was more than enough for the two of us.
We appreciated the generously stocked fridge on arrival too.
We loved the views and the cleaner was great.

Just returned from Lefkada.
We all loved the villa, one of the best we have ever rented.
The views were outstanding and mesmerising. The pool was superb and great that it has its own timing device programmed for cleaning and filtering. Outside space was fantastic we didn’t want to leave. It was an amazing place to relax after a very exhausting week at sea.
The house was perfect inside, very clean and tidy and well equipped with everything that we needed.
Thanks to you and your team for such good communication through the process and to Ergi for getting us the car.
We will be back for another villa soon.
