The sheltered port of Sivota, on Lefkas’ south coast, is, in our opinion, the prettiest on the island.

A fjord-like entrance opens to a colourful waterfront of  tavernas, bars and shops and hillsides of olive groves.

On one of these hillsides, just above the sea and overlooking the entrance to Sivota port, are two villas: Natalia and Mandarini. The villas are located in private grounds of 4 acres. The villas are 40 metres apart and each villa has privacy.

Villa Natalia looks out over silver olive, south across the sea to the islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia, and north to the waterfront of Sivota.

The villa has one of the best seats in the theatre to watch the comings and goings of yachts and local fishing boats.

There is sea access about 300m by foot from the villa. An ideal spot for snorkeling.

The private grounds include a citrus orchard and a vegetable garden, where villa guests can help themselves.

Location: car hire recommended. Villa Natalia is reached by a track of 2 kilometres from Sivota. Sivota has a good selection of tavernas (fresh fish always on the menu), bars, minimarkets and bakeries. There is a village beach and hiring a boat locally will give easy access to other beaches on the east and south coasts.

Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one twin bedroom; bathroom with shower. First floor of two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom – one with a Jacuzzi bath.
