Just a ten minute drive from the spectacular sandy beaches of the west coast, the farming village of Tsoukoulades lies within a beautiful, undulating landscape of cypress forest and olive groves. The sleepy village has several tavernas, a cafenion and a supermarket.

Above and behind the village, overlooking the west coast, a series of tracks lead to a small number of villas hidden amongst olive groves. Villa Amelia is 700 metres away from the village and looks out across the sea to the island of AntiPaxos and the mountains of the mainland beyond. A theatrical spot to watch the sun set behind a horizon of sea and cypress trees.

Villa Amelia has modern comforts and beautiful gardens to ensure its privacy.

A complimentary breakfast of orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, sweet and savoury pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruit, a selection of cheeses and honey, homemade jams and other surprises will be delivered to the villa each morning. Yum!

"I just wanted to let you know that Villa Amelia exceeded expectations in every way. Firstly, it was beautiful with a stunning view over the pool and beyond to a wonderful sunset location. The beds, the pillows, the linen, everything was to such a high standard. And every day a delicious breakfast arrived at a time of our choosing and different every day depending on what we would like. So spoiling! And then the housekeepers came in everyday once we had left for the beach. They were so happy to fit in with us and our schedule which is so relaxing. And any queries so readily answered and lots of great recommendations including a lovely local taverna with an outside garden and delicious fresh fish everyday that we could pop in a choose for our supper on our way home from the beach.
We also loved our stay at the Fiscardo Bay Hotel. Dimetri and his lovely wife looked after us beautifully. And some great restaurant recommendations and again. Nothing was too much trouble including airport transfers and taxi to the ferry.
So this is a Thank You for all your attention and making a wonderful reintroduction to the Greek Islands. We will definitely go again next August and perhaps try Ithaca. To be discussed."

"The pool is huge! The gardens are beautiful - not just to make each villa private but to give colour and scent wherever you go.
Fairly steep access from Tsoukoulades but fantastic views."
