Half way up Kefalonia’s east coast, the port of Sami has a waterfront of tavernas, just a few small hotels and a handful of nearby villas. Villa Teresa is one of four villas, just a five minute walk away from the beach, which extends from the port of Sami to the port of Karavomilos. Sami is a ten minute walk. Between Sami and Agia Efimia there are many beaches.

The location is peaceful and the views are of the surrounding hillsides of pine forest and olive groves. Each of the four villas has a private pool terrace and garden, bordered by pine trees and there is a distance of around 30 metres between each property.

Maid service and linen change twice weekly.

Location: car hire is not essential as the beach and Sami are within easy walking distance but recommended for island exploration. There are daily ferries to Ithaca from Sami. Both Sami and Karavomilos have good tavernas and shops. The nearby submerged Lake Melissani has a dramatic display of stalactites, viewed from a small boat, rowed by the guide.

Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. First floor of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; two bathrooms each with shower.
