Villa Persephoni is a modern villa close to the sea on the south coast. Just below the villa is a small cove and there are good sandy beaches within easy driving distance.
The villa’s location, just a 5 minute drive from the village of Spartia, is countrified and secluded. In the immediate vicinity there are another 3 villas. One of these villas is our Villa Artemis – Persephoni and Artemis taken together would provide an ideal holiday for 2 families.
Spacious and comfortably furnished interiors open out to large, shaded terraces bordered by grass lawns.
Views are down a valley of olive trees and across the sea to the offshore island of Dias and in the distance, Zante.

Location: car hire recommended. Nearby Spartia village has 2 minimarkets and 3 tavernas. Just above Spartia’s sandy beach there are 2 more tavernas, specialising in locally caught fish. The airport is a 20 minute drive. Argostoli (the island capital) is a 15 minute drive.

Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. First floor of one double bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath and shower; one twin bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower.
