Liakada
Liakada means "sunshine" in Greek. Villa Liakada is a spacious, modern and comfortable home with a pretty garden.
With all living areas on one level and with a lawned area beside the pool, the villa is one of our more child-friendly villas but attention is still needed for a few outside steps.
The sandy beaches of Agia Helis, Ammes and Avithos, on Kefalonia’s south coast, are within walking distance.
Liakada offers peaceful seclusion and a short walk to a local taverna and a sandy beach.

Location: car hire is recommended for ease of access to different parts of the island. A good taverna is a 10 minute walk away. Local Svoronata village has two tavernas and three minimarkets and is a walk of 15 minutes. Ai Helis beach is a 10 minute walk and Avithos beach (with 2 tavernas) is a 20 minute walk. A 5 minute drive away are further sandy beaches (some natural and some with sunbeds and tavernas) and boat hire. Argostoli is a 10 minute drive as is the airport.
Accommodation: open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room; one twin bedroom; shower room; lower ground floor with small gym, cloakroom and utility room.
