Artemis
Newly renovated for 2023, Artemis is a contemporary, comfortable and quietly positioned villa close to the sea in the south of Kefalonia only 20 minutes from the airport.
Just below the villa is a small sandy cove and there are good sandy beaches within easy driving distance.
Villa Artemis has clean lines and cool colours which add to the feeling of spaciousness in this single-storey villa. Both the interior and exterior have been newly designed, with beautiful contemporary white and grey marble bathrooms to the Fushia pink sunloungers.
Villa Artemis oozes a modern contemporary stye, but with family elements of swings in the garden for the children, and outdoor music speakers with a relaxing cabana for the adults.
The villa’s airy kitchen/dining /living room opens on to a shaded verandah overlooking the private pool and garden with two al fresco dining areas including external speaker system, boosted satellite internet and gas BBQ.
Each of the three stylish bedrooms have direct access to the terrace or garden. South-facing grounds are laid to lawn, surrounding the swimming pool, and gazing out over a green valley of olive groves to the sea, the offshore island of Dias and in the distance, Zante.
Artemis’ nearest neighbour, Villa Electra, is about 30 metres away. Privacy is provided by a high fence and established trees dividing the properties. A few minutes walk away, on a higher hillside terrace, are our Villas Persephoni and Hera.

Location: car hire recommended. The lovely cove of Paliolinos is a short walk down the hillside from the villa. Spartia is a five-minute drive from the villa, with its beach and charming maze of streets, with two minimarkets and two tavernas. The nearest family-run taverna, just up the hill, is a steepish walk of 10 minutes. Just above Spartia’s sandy beach there are 2 more tavernas, specialising in locally caught fish. Klismata beach (usually very quiet) is a 2 minute drive. Water sports at Lassi are fifteen minutes away and you can rent motorboats at nearby Lourdas beach, a 10-minute drive. The airport is a 20 minute drive. Argostoli (the island capital) is a 15 minute drive.
