Ionian Villas - Greek Island Properties

The three Fiscardo Bay Villas are set on a hillside of pine and cypress trees with views across Fiscardo bay and to the west coast cliffs of the neighbouring island of Ithaca, which turn pink as the sun sets.

A pathway of just 100 metres leads down from the villas to Fiscardo waterfront – a 3 minute walk. A 5 minute walk in the other direction leads to the 6th Century basilica and a Venetian lighthouse.

The villas have a special setting to enjoy Fiscardo’s theatre of waterfront activities: a backdrop of pastel-coloured, Venetian houses; the arrival and departure of local fishing boats, swanky yachts and island ferry; a flow of people to café bars and tavernas; a mesmerising play of twinkling lights.

A hired boat can be moored off the waterfront below and the nearest beach is a 10 minute walk.

Each villa has 4 bicycles. The Fiscardo Bay Villas will appeal to those wanting to escape a dependence on the car.

Each villa has an identical accommodation layout and size of swimming pool (9 x 2.30 metres & depth 1.20 metres).

Maid service and linen change twice weekly

Location: car hire not needed but is available locally for island exploration if needed. Waterfront tavernas, bars, shops and boat hire on one’s doorstep. Foki beach is a 20 minute walk or shorter by bike. Emblissi beach is a 10 minute drive. Boat hire recommended to discover other bays and beaches.

Accommodation:

Ground floor of two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower. First floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; cloakroom and utility room.
