The villa looks out over hillsides of olive, umbrella pine and cypress trees and across the sea to the island of Zakynthos.
Afrossa is modern but the owners have used the more traditional and soft, classical influences of Ionian, Venetian and Tuscan design.
The villa, on three levels, is spacious and opens out to a pool terrace, gardens and breathtaking views.

"We thought it was lovely. The views from the pool and the balconies are absolutely stunning and it’s so quiet and peaceful. It’s also a lovely-looking house and very well kitted out - we particularly liked the little library of books about Greece and the quality of the interior spaces, furnishings, bathrooms, crockery etc. Also the maid was fantastic and Giannis very nice too. The pool was not particularly big but was nice, although the steps into it were a bit slippery. The village is nice too - traditional and non-touristy. The only other point I’d make though is that I wouldn’t want to go there with a party of 8 as the lower-storey bedroom/sitting room leading onto the pool is a real thoroughfare with no real privacy - so I’d say the house is more suitable for up to 6 people"

"We had a fabulous stay - Giannis was very helpful as was the cleaner - both looked after us and the villa very well. The villa was utterly stunning - the pool beyond compare. The layout of the villa was slightly strange - in that you could only access the pool through the bedrooms - or by going outside and around. This definitely meant that the downstairs living accommodation especially was a bit of a walk through. This is potentially worth bearing in mind if you are advising clients - as it did have some impact. The garden and various seating areas were gorgeous and overall we had THE best time. Thank you for arranging everything!"
