Penelope & Odysseus
The small and sleepy hamlet of Kolieri is at the end of a winding country road just below the hilltop village of Exoghi.
The two villas of Penelope and Odysseus were built by Stephen and his mother Zoe to provide a peaceful escape from the outside world.
Comfortable and modern interiors open out on to balconies and terraces with magnificent views over sweeping valleys and hillsides of olive and cypress trees to the azure sea within Afales Bay. The neighbouring island of Lefkas is clearly visible.
Stephen and Zoe live in the same hamlet and are always on hand to offer help and advice when needed.
This part of Ithaca contains a beautiful natural landscape of pasture land, vineyards, olive groves and the occasional cluster of just a few houses. There is peace and seclusion but the coast is just 3 kilometres away.
The two villas share a swimming pool: 8 x 5 metres & depth 0.7 - 1.7 metres. Changing rooms & bathroom.
Maid service and linen change twice weekly.
Location: car hire recommended. There is a good taverna just under half a kilometre away. The village of Stavros (tavernas, shops & cafebars) is 2 kilometres and the seaside village of Frikes (boat hire, tavernas & shops) is 3 kilometres.
