3 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom / Sleeps 5

You could probably count the number of villas with pools in Kioni village on one hand. Hilltop House is a traditional village house with a pool and because of its elevated location it has dramatic views out to sea.

It is possible to drive up from the back of the village and park close to Hilltop House but the 10 minute walk from Kioni waterfront is an interesting one as the ancient pathway passes old village houses, inhabited and unoccupied.

Views from the large terraces are over Kioni Bay and toward the islands of Atokos, Arkoudi, Meganissi and Lefkas and the Greek mainland.

Grapevines cover half of the front terrace to offer shade from the midday sun. A side terrace, bordered by lemon, fig, olive and pine trees, has views along the hillside of the remains of old stone houses.

Hilltop House is spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The house is not overlooked and enjoys total privacy.

"We had a lovely holiday thank you.
Ithaca is beautiful and inspiring as ever and the people of Kioni as welcoming and friendly as always.
Yeah, there was the leak in the bathroom - but we didn't really care. You just had to look out through the open doors at the view.
Just wish we could get back there more often.
Sue was a lovely new person to meet and made getting to and from the port to the house really easy and enjoyable; so thank you to her from us."
