Dimitra
Villa Dimitra lies just a 5 minute walk away from the two beaches of Marmari and Kippos, two bays south of Loggos, and a 15 minute walk from Loggos waterfront. A third beach, Kipiadis, is a short distance away.
The surrounding hillsides are thickly covered with olive groves and a peppering of cypress trees. There are only a few other houses in this area and there is a relaxed feeling of peaceful seclusion.
The villa’s many terraces have spectacular views over the silver-leaved canopies of olive trees and across the sea to the Greek mainland. Each bedroom has its own sea-facing balcony or terrace.
Villa Dimitra has total privacy and is a comfortable and spacious home above the sea.

Maid service is every second day & linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire recommended but not essential. Loggos (shops, bakery, supermarket, tavernas & boat hire) is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Levrecchio beach & a taverna are a 10 minute walk.
Accommodation:
There is one floor just above the pool terraces and one floor just below. The Upper floor has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one twin bedroom and en suite shower room. Stairs up to one double bedroom and en suite bathroom. With outside access, below the pool terrace is a twin bedroom and en suite bath room.

"We spent 2 weeks on beautiful Paxos in the lovely Villa Dimitra re-charging our batteries with some much needed peace, quiet and relaxation.
In spite of the flight delays that we experienced your assistance in providing the transfers to and from Paxos was nevertheless excellent and invaluable - we were certainly glad that we had the benefit of your expertise as well as that of your island manager, Dimitris, who was fantastic in making sure that we still made it to our villa on the day of our arrival and we would highly recommend always booking the transfers to Paxos through yourselves.
Being ‘walkers’ we had also been unsure whether it would be necessary to hire a car on the island, but we fortunately listened to your advice and were glad that we did - again all expertly arranged via Dimitris.
We had a lovely time in Villa Dimitra and everyone (the cleaner, the owner, the 'pool man’ and, of course, Dimitris) were all very reliable, friendly and helpful in a lovely, unobtrusive way.
The villa, the pool and the view are all just stunning, and the peace and quiet and beauty of the area was perfect and just what we wanted. We also loved the location near to sleepy relaxed Loggos - which would have been even better if the coastal path from the villa to the village could have been, although certainly walkable during daylight hours, a little more easy to use after dark! A minor complaint, however, and certainly not enough to deter us from revisiting Villa.
