At the southern edge of Vlicho Bay, on a hillside of the Geni peninsula, Villa Stefania is just a ten minute walk from the sandy beach of Dessimi and three beachside tavernas.

Surrounded by olive and pine trees and myrtle bushes, the villa has a special hilltop position with dramatic views from the pool terraces across Vlicho Bay to the waterfront houses of Vlicho and Nidri and a backdrop of hillsides and mountains. From the barbecue terrace there are views across Dessimi Bay to the islands of Meganissi and Atakos.

Stefania has been furnished and equipped as a comfortable home. A variety of balconies and terraces cater for both sun and shade.

Stefania is one of 3 identical villas (the other 2 are Antonella and Rosetta) - each one has its own hillside terrace. Stefania is on the middle terrace.

Maid service & linen change twice weekly

Location: car hire recommended. There are 3 tavernas just above Dessimi beach, where it is also possible to hire a boat with outboard. The 4 waterfront tavernas at Geni are a drive of 5 minutes. The seaside village of Vlicho, 2 kilometres away, has 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries and 4 tavernas.

Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom; cloakroom. Stairs down to two twin bedrooms; one bathroom; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom.

"I can honestly say that all 5 of us were blown away by the Villas Stefania and Sirens.
The outside space and view from Sirens was breathtaking, and fun to get to down the long track…we even walked down to the beach!
I think overall Stefania suited us better in terms of location and facilities inside and out, with a stunning view and really excellent tavernas just a sort walk down the hill…although going back up was more of a challenge!! The pictures, for either villa, do not do them justice…they both really did exceed expectation, and I’ve already been tasked with sorting next years out!

Thanks also to yourselves for your advice and guidance whilst the final decisions were being made. Everything really did have a wow factor!"
