Vania
Villa Vania is just outside the small village of Lithakia and 350 metres from the south coast. Nearby Porto Koukla and Agios Sostis are small resorts with sandy beaches and 3 kilometres further up the coast is the busier resort of Laganas.
Vania has total privacy, tranquillity and stunning, panoramic views along a coastline of olive groves to the Bay of Keri and across the sea to the tiny island of Marathonissi (Turtle Island), where Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs in the sand. Boat hire is available at Agios Sostis or Keri port to visit the sandy beaches of Marathonissi and other nearby beaches.

Location: car hire recommended. The nearest sandy beach is 350 metres away. Vardiola taverna is a 10 minute walk. Porto Koukla is 2 kilometres away and has 2 minimarkets. Agios Sostis has a good selection of waterfront tavernas and café bars.
Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room. First floor of two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.
