Some villa owners go the extra mile to make their villa look and feel better than the rest. The owner of Villa Adelphia is one of these owners. Adelphia is one of the most comfortable villas we have seen on Zakynthos – it also has total privacy and outstanding sea views.

Keri is a small seaside village located about 19 kilometres south-west of Zakynthos Town.

Villa Adelphia has large, private grounds on a hilltop just 300 metres away from Keri village. A private footpath leads from the villa’s gardens to the beach below.

The villa looks out across the sea to the tiny island of Marathonissi (Turtle Island), where Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs in the sand. Boat hire is available at Keri port to visit the sandy beaches of Marathonissi and other nearby beaches.

Villa Adelphia’s modern and spacious interiors open out onto large terraces and surrounding gardens, laid to lawn – a manicured olive grove above the sea. The gardens incorporate a large swimming pool with water cascades; an elaborate kitchen, barbecue and bar and a children’s play area.

Location: car hire recommended. Keri village has a good selection of tavernas, minimarkets and café bars and a sandy beach with sun umbrellas.

Accommodation: two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom; one twin bedroom and bathroom; open-plan sitting room (with double sofa bed), dining area and kitchen.
