Within a National Marine Park, the protected sandy beach of Gerakas is at the southern tip of the Vassilikos peninsula.
In this conservation area (the Caretta caretta turtles lay their eggs here) there are not many buildings and there is a natural environment of olive groves, pastures and forest.
Just 400 metres away from Gerakas beach, Villa Arcadia is hidden within its 10,000 square metres of private grounds – totally private.
Terraces surround the villa, bordered by beautiful gardens, and open out to grand lawns and surrounding copses of wild oak and olive.
Twenty metres away from the villa’s entrance gates a private path leads in just a few strides to a private platform, set amongst the rocks, directly above the sea.
Arcadia’s spacious interiors have been modernised to a high standard but still retain the character of a comfortable, elegant and traditional family home.
Children will love the adventure of the many hiding places within extensive gardens (safely enclosed by high walls), large lawns, sea swimming on the villa’s doorstep and the many sandy beaches close by.
Maid service and linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire recommended. A good taverna can be found above Porta Roma beach, a drive of 4 minutes. A local minimarket is a drive of 5 minutes. There are many beaches, tavernas and shops in the surrounding area of Vassilikos.

There is a separate apartment for the housekeeper.
