Silvia Villas
The four recently completed Silvia Villas are one kilometre south of the small and sleepy hilltop village of Spartohori, with its narrow streets of cobblestone and whitewashed houses.
These photos were taken early June 2023. We will have further photos soon to show the finished outside areas.
Set on a sloping hillside and divided by garden walls, each villa has good privacy. Villa 1 is more set back from the others and has the best privacy.
Views are across the sea to the islands of Kalamos and Kastos and take in the surrounding natural landscape.
Each villa has a private swimming pool 7 x 4 metres
Maid service & linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire recommended. Being close to the centre of the island, all villages and beaches can be reached within a 15 minute drive. Spartohori is a walk of about 10 minutes and has two small minimarkets and three tavernas. A further ten minute walk from the village takes one down to the little port of Spilia. Spilia’s waterfront has three tavernas and leads to a sheltered beach of white pebbles, backed by olive groves.

The prices quoted are for Silvia Villas 2, 3 and 4. There is a supplement of £300 per week for Silvia Villa 1.
