The three Magdalena villas stand above the sea (each on its own hillside terrace – about 50 metres apart), just 100 metres away from the sheltered bay of Porto Atherinos (a steepish walk back).

Porto Atherinos Bay has a waterfront for small yachts and local fishing boats, the excellent Niagas taverna, a minimarket and a café bar. On the other side of the bay are 3 beaches.

The sandy beach of Fanari is 500 metres away – here there is a beachfront café bar. On either side of Fanari beach there are small pebble beaches.

The private grounds of the Magdalena Villas are surrounded by olive groves and hillsides of pine and cypress trees.

Views are natural and dramatic.

Views from each villa are to one side, the Porto Atherinos Bay and on the other side, along the south-east coastline and across the sea to the islands of Kalamos, Atokos, the tip of Kastos and the mountains of the Greek mainland.

Although only one kilometre away from the island’s inland village of Katomeri and two kilometres from the pretty port of Vathy, the Magdalena Villas enjoy peaceful seclusion with beautiful, natural surroundings.

The Magdalena Villas will appeal to those wanting to be within easy walking distance of beaches, minimarket and a taverna.

Each villa has a private swimming pool 8 x 3.5 metres & depth 1.1 – 1.4 metres

Location: car hire recommended in order to have easy access to the island’s villages and many beaches. Porto Atherinos is 100 metres away. The shops, bakery and tavernas of Katomeri are a drive of 5 minutes. The port of Vathy is a drive of 10 minutes and has 2 supermarkets and 6 waterfront tavernas. Boat hire can be found at Vathy.

Accommodation:

Each villa is identical except Magdalena 1 has one double bedroom and Magdalena 2 and 3 have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom – all bedrooms have an en suite shower room. Each villa has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen.
