Cinzia is the result of a careful conversion of a traditional island home to bring it into the 21st Century without losing its charm as a beautiful traditional retreat.
Just a 10 minute walk away from the tiny village of Fontana and the slightly larger village of Magazia, Cinzia has totally private gardens and terraces set into hillside olive groves.
Cinzia's views will not disappoint: over a valley of olive and cypress trees and across the sea to the entire south west coast of Corfu.
The property will provide a peaceful recluse for couples and for parties up to 8, the layout of main house plus two garden cottages works well to provide generous dining and relaxing terraces for all and separate garden escape areas for individual privacy.
The pool terraces incorporate an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area (with gas hob and fridge) plus a separate pool bar with fridge and coffee machine.
The garden terraces flow around mulberry, mimosa, lemon and olive trees and descend via a series of stone steps, bordered by marguerite daisies and turquoise plumbago. Scented and colourful but not ideal for toddlers.
Maid service daily & linen change once per week.

Location: car hire recommended. Just above the east coast, half way between Gaios and Loggos, sleepy Fontana village has two tavernas, a general store and a pharmacy. Cinzia is a 5 minute walk through olive groves to Fontana. A 10 minute walk in the other direction, Magazia has 5 tavernas, a chemist and a mini market. East coast beaches just outside Loggos are a 5 minute drive.
Accommodation: the main house has a ground floor of an open-plan sitting room and dining area with a step down to the kitchen; cloakroom. Staircase to one double bedroom and en suite shower room and a separate staircase to a twin bedroom (can convert to a double) and en suite shower room. Garden steps down to two cottage studios, one with a twin bedroom (can convert to a double), mini fridge and coffee machine and en suite shower room and the other cottage has a double bedroom with the same facilities.
