The long sandy beach of Kaminia lies close to the south-eastern tip of Cephalonia, in between Katelios and Skala.

Villa Adrianna has a totally private, hillside location above Kaminia beach.

Adrianna has large coastal grounds, bordered by olive groves, to ensure peace and privacy. The nearest neighbour is one of the few houses in Ratzakli village, 200 metres away, which has a small taverna.

Terraces and gardens surround the villa providing spacious areas to relax and dine in shade or sun. Each of the villa’s three bedrooms and the living areas open out to a terrace or balcony to enjoy the dramatic views across the sea to the island of Zakynthos.

Adrianna is a comfortable retreat for escapists wanting to be close to sandy beaches and coastal villages with good fish tavernas.

Location: car hire recommended. 35 minute drive from the airport. Local village taverna just a few minutes walk. Sandy Kaminia beach is a 2 minute drive or a 20 minute steep walk – this beach is never crowded and has 2 cantinas serving snacks, ice creams and drinks. Loggerhead turtles lay their eggs on Kaminia beach each year. The small resort of Katelios (sandy beach and waterfront tavernas specialising in freshly caught fish) is a 2 minute drive west. Skala, a 5 minute drive east, has more tavernas and supermarkets.

Accommodation:

Ground floor of master double bedroom and bathroom with shower; kitchen and dining area. Stairs up to two twin bedrooms – one with en suite bathroom with shower and one with en suite bathroom with ¾ bath and overhead shower. Stairs down from ground floor to sitting room.
