Beach Villa
Kefalonia’s south coast has a series of beautiful sandy beaches.
Overlooking the coastline, Mount Aenos descends to foothills of olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees.
The larger beaches of Makris Yalos and Lassi have the distractions of a popular resort with watersports and an extensive selection of tavernas, bars and shops. The smaller beaches around Spartia are quieter.
The Beach Villa is situated in its own grounds immediately above the sea and has a private, stepped access to the sandy beach of Makris Yalos.
It is rare to find a villa with a private pool so close to this beach.
Hidden by a copse of umbrella pine and cypress trees Beach Villa has powerful sea views toward Zakynthos, modern comforts both inside and out, and is a short walking distance to tavernas and shops.
The villa is above the quieter end of the beach - no immediate tavernas or sunloungers. A walk of around 200 metres along the beach to the other end leads to a few tavernas, a beach bar and comfy sunloungers for hire.
Beach Villa is located within a small family owned complex of 5 villas.
Private swimming pool 24 sq metres & depth 1.20 - 1.70 metres
Maid service & linen change twice weekly. Pool and garden maintenance three times per week.
Location: car hire not essential but useful for exploring different parts of the island. Nearest supermarket and tavernas are 500 metres away.
Accommodation:
Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; two double bedrooms and two shower rooms. First floor of one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom and en suite bathroom; sitting room and kitchenette. Two out buildings, accessed externally, one with a double bedroom and one with a twin bedroom – each with an en suite shower room.

Beach Villa is 50 metres away from Lassi Beach House. Both villas booked together would accommodate a party of up to 22 comfortably.
There is a 500 Euros refundable security deposit, payable on arrival and refundable on the day of departure.
We do not consider Beach Villa to be suitable for those with toddlers.
