The Bazigos family are the owners of the colourful and comfortable Villa Thea. The family are from Kefalonia but they live in California. They started building Thea in 2010 and completed it in 2012. "Thea" is Greek for "View".
The villa sits at the top of a deep valley of olive groves and pine forest just outside the village of Sarlata, above the south coast.
Uninterrupted views take in silver olive trees, dark green cypress trees and the blue Ionian Sea stretching across to the island of Zakynthos. Behind the villa further olive groves climb the foothills of Mount Aenos.
The nearby southern coastline holds a string of beautiful sandy beaches. The surrounding region of Livathos hides many small villages and hamlets. Villa Thea is within easy driving distance of good beaches, good dining and good shopping.
