The house is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped and walled gardens, which hold a series of terraces, hidden behind colourful displays of bougainvillaea.

For the months of June, July and August, Kiparissa is let as a whole. The apartments are available separately at other times.

The sleepy village of Fontana, just a 5 minute walk away, has two tavernas and a small general store.

Yesemi Apartment (2 floors) has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom; one shower room; one single bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and en suite shower room.
Gardenia Apartment (2 floors) has an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room; one twin bedroom and en suite shower room.
Levanda Apartment (1 floor) has an open-plan dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite shower room.

All bedrooms have air-con. Each apartment has WiFi and a safety deposit box. Communal utility room with washing machines. Table tennis.

On an upper garden terrace there is a cosy, covered dining area with barbecue, pizza oven, gas hob and running water.
