"We were a group of friends meeting up from different parts of the world.
Kiparissa worked very well for us - it gave us individual privacy but many large, comfortable areas for entertaining as a group.
We loved the life in the island's ports but got closer to the laid-back lifestyle of Fontana, the village on our doorstep.
Kostas, the owner, gave us a useful lowdown on what to see on the rare days we ventured further afield."
