Koukla is one of only two holiday homes within easy walking distance of Kioni waterfront to have a private swimming pool and has one of the most attractive locations above the Bay.
Koukla is the top floor of a two storey property on a hillside above Kioni. Koukla is only available when the owner is not staying there and for these periods the lower floor is locked and unoccupied.
Koukla has magnificent views down the valley of olive groves below, to Kioni’s waterfront and across Kioni Bay to the three old windmills at the Bay’s entrance. A path through the olive groves leads to the waterfront in 5 minutes – the walk back is fairly steep and takes 10 minutes!
The pool terrace has a drop of about 1 metre so Koukla is not suited to young children.
Private plunge pool 3.8 x 2.8 metres & depth 1.7 metres
Maid service and linen change twice weekly
Location: 5 minute walk to Kioni waterfront tavernas, general store and boat hire; a further 10 minute walk to beaches on the other side of the bay. Car hire recommended for island exploration.
Open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom; one single bedroom; bathroom with bath.
- Air-con in sitting room
- CD player
"It was a fantastic holiday – your service was excellent as was Sue’s. Kioni was magnificent and the house was beautiful - if it hadn’t been for the Mozzies, it would have been perfect in every way!
I am sure we will return, we loved it!"

"We had a wonderful time in Kioni staying in your Villa Koukla.
The villa was in a lovely, peaceful location and had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.
The view from the balcony was outstanding and we spent many evenings sitting watching the sunset over the harbour.
The locals we met in Kioni went out of their way to make us feel welcome and I hope we will meet them all again soon.
I can't recommend this holiday enough (or perhaps I should keep it a secret just for ourselves)."

"We had a wonderful time at Koukla, it was every bit as lovely as you suggested, and Kioni was the perfect little fishing port to explore.
Many thanks for everything."
