Villa Fantasia is hidden within a privately owned valley of olive groves, pine and cypress trees just a few kilometres inland from the port of Agios Nikolaos on Zakynthos’ north east coast.
Wide, stone terraces, framed by unruly crimson and purple bougainvillaea, provide opportunities to enjoy the magnificent sea views from dining and cushioned seating areas in shade or sun.
Fantasia has the warm feel of a comfortable and spacious home, loved and well looked after by its British owners. It is not an ultra modern, soulless villa.
The dramatic views take in the natural landscape of olive groves and across the sea, Kefalonia and the mountains of the mainland Peloponnese.
There are no near neighbours to disturb Fantasia’s peaceful seclusion.
The owners are keen gardeners. The gardens are colourful and fragrant and are a special feature to appeal to those wanting to spend time relaxing in a beautiful setting.

Location: car hire a must. Tavernas, shops and boat hire of Agios Nikolaos are a 10 minute drive below the villa. Small coves, beaches and waterfront tavernas can all be found nearby. Alikes beach (watersports) is a 20 minute drive. Zakynthos Town is 20 kilometres.

Open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom. Staircases down to one twin bedroom and en suite bathroom and to two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.
