Mimosa
Mimosa House is set back about 50 metres from the Gaios waterfront and is just a 5 minute walk from the main square of Gaios.
The house has spacious, modern and comfortable interiors opening out on to large verandahs with views over the Venetian houses on the waterfront to the pine trees of St Nicholas island and across the sea to the mountains of the Greek mainland. From the upper verandah the waterfront of fishing boats and Gaios square are visible.
Mimosa sits next door to Jacaranda House. The owners are sisters and both houses have been designed, decorated and furnished beautifully.
The nearest beach is just a 4 minute walk away. A hired boat can be moored 50 metres away – no need for a car, by day explore the coastline by boat and by night take a taxi to Loggos or Lakka. There are some excellent Gaios waterfront tavernas nearby. Speedboats for AntiPaxos depart from Gaios square every 30 minutes.
