Maria
Villa Maria is a modern, comfortable and spacious house with a private hilltop location overlooking the west coast.
Close to the centre of the island, Maria is equidistant from Loggos and Gaios – each a 10 minute drive. The villa looks out over pine forest and olive groves and across the sea to the tiny island of Anti Paxos.
The location is peaceful and secluded but beaches and villages are not far away.
A large swimming pool is on one side of the villa, surrounded by terraces and incorporating a pool bar, and a barbecue/dining terrace is on the other side, close to the kitchen. A car port is enveloped in crimson bougainvillaea.

Location: car hire recommended. The small village of Magazia (2 tavernas, cafenion, minimarket) is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Gaios and Loggos (each with tavernas, shops, supermarkets and boat hire) are a drive of 10 minutes. Erimitis beach is a drive of 5 minutes.

Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room and dining area; kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. First floor of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; bathroom with shower.
