Levrecchio Beach Villa Tria
Villa Tria is the third in the row of three Levrecchio Beach Villas. The front terraces overlook Levrecchio beach (just a 3 minute walk) and across the sea to the mountains of the Greek mainland.
This villa ticks all the boxes for up to four people wanting to stay in a modern villa, a few minutes’ walk away from the Loggos waterfront.
There is individual car parking for each villa.
Private swimming pool 7 x 4 metres & depth 0.70 - 1.70 metres
Maid service & linen change twice weekly
Location: car hire not essential. Loggos port is a 4 minute walk away and has a good selection of tavernas, shops, café bars and boat hirers. Levrecchio beach has a good taverna set in an olive grove just above the beach – we call it “Fresh from my garden taverna” because Spiros, the owner, grows all his own vegetables. The larger beach of Marmari is a further coastal walk of 5 minutes.
Accommodation:
Ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. First floor of one double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower.
