Villa Loutsa is set peacefully on a hillside terrace about 30 metres away from Villa Mina and is surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, just above the tiny seaside village of Periyali on Lefkas’ east coast. The villa enjoys privacy and seclusion.
The villa has dramatic panoramic views over the offshore islands of Skorpios, Sparti, Skorpithi, Meganissi and across the sea to the Greek mainland.
Villa Loutsa is well placed for east coast tavernas, shops, beaches and watersports. The sandy beaches on the west coast can be reached either by an interior route through hilltop villages and a wilderness of pine and cypress forest or via Lefkas Town following the coast.

Location: car hire recommended. The village of Periyali with its shingle beach, couple of tavernas and minimarket is a 2 minute drive away, while Nidri is a 5 minute drive and Lefkas Town 20 minutes. There is a regular ferry from Nidri to Meganissi but more fun to hire a Nidri boat + outboard and visit Meganissi and explore the other island coastlines.
Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room (WiFi/satellite TV/DVD), dining area and kitchen (dishwasher/microwave); one twin bedroom (air-con) and en suite shower room (the beds can be made into a double if needed). First floor of one double bedroom (air-con) and en suite bathroom. Washing machine. Safe. Mosquito screens on all windows. Pool towels provided. Barbecue.
