Just three bays south from Loggos, Villa Spiantzi is uniquely situated on its own east coast promontory in two, totally private acres of landscaped gardens, bordered by olive groves and cypress trees.

The villa has total privacy and magnificent views along the coast of Paxos and across the open sea to Corfu and the Greek mainland.

No beach is private in Greece but Spiantzi has a private pathway leading down to a sheltered beach – a walk of just 2 minutes.

The villa is surrounded by terraces: side sea-facing terraces looking south to the island of St Nicholas; a barbecue terrace looking north over Marmari beach and across the sea to Corfu; a sheltered central terrace shaded by brightly coloured plumbago and bougainvillaea.

This special location allows one to follow the slow progress of local fishing boats and the arrival of yachts and ferries from other Ionian islands. By night there is a theatre of twinkling lights from the mountain villages on the mainland.

The villa owners have spent two years converting the property into what we feel is one of the most prestigious properties on Paxos. Living areas, kitchen and bathrooms have all been redesigned stylishly. A 50 square metre swimming pool and wraparound terraces overlook the bay below.

The villa has three kayaks – on a flat sea it is a 10 minute journey to Loggos. The nearby beaches of Marmari, Kipiadis and Kippos are easily accessible.

Location: car hire recommended. Loggos is a drive of 5 minutes or a walk through olive groves of 20 minutes. Loggos waterfront has a good selection of tavernas, café bars, shops and boat hire.

Accommodation:

Ground floor of two open-plan sitting rooms; kitchen and "orangerie" dining area; bathroom (bath and shower) and stairs up to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom - the single bedroom can be made into a twin bedroom. External access (2 steps away from main building) to one master double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom - this can be made into a triple bedroom. Steps down to a studio double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower.
